Marlow Heights 60’s and 70’s “Back-to-School” Dance What: A dance to recreate the 60s and 70s of our Marlow Heights and vicinity past. There will also be Mighty Mo/Royal Burgers recreated using the Hot Shoppes recipe, fries, onion rings, Orange Freezes, Hot Fudge Ice Cream Cake, soft drinks, beer, and a pay as you go bar. When: Saturday, October 3, 2009, 6 p.m. to 12 midnight Where: American Legion Post 206, Chesapeake Beach, Maryland Cost: $20.00 Per Person, must be purchased in advance by September 25, 2009 Tickets: Must be Purchased in advance. Send check or money order made out to American Legion Post 206, and mail to same C/O Kirk Larman, PO Box 428, Chesapeake Beach, Maryland 20732. Please indicate on envelope, “Marlow Heights 60s and 70s Back to School Night”, and put names of attendees in the check memo, or separate slip of paper. We will transfer names to a list of attendees. Dress up for the 60’s or 70’s! If you grew-up in Marlow Heights or vicinity in the 1960’s and 70’s, stop on by! Besides the great music and some people you will recognize, you can eat a Mighty Mo/Royal Burger, wash it down with an Orange Freeze, and top it off with some Hot Fudge Ice Cream Cake. All of this will be included in the price of admission.
